There Comes A Time

There comes a time....

There comes a time when we must acknowledge that we cannot have control. That word "control" means so much to so many. If they cannot have control then they feel lost!

We cannot control every circumstance that we deal with daily. There is that saying "pick your battles". It should say.."pick your battles wisely".

Too many times we try to take on all things and control them and manipulate those things...or people, so we feel comfortable and in control. Everything is lined up in your mind and all is well..as long as you are controlling it or them.

What is driving you? Fear?

What is going to happen to you when you can't? What if you became deeply ill? Or someone you loved became very ill? What will you do then? Try to do all you can to make them better..and they may die....then what?

There comes that time when you cannot change a situation....and you finally give it over to God...because you realize that nothing comes past God that He doesn't allow. We must let Him have His way. When we learn to allow God to be God of our life instead of ourselves.....this is when God will move in your situation. And the answer may not be what we want....that is when you are at a point of whether you will trust Him in whatever the outcome may be.

The question is.....if God doesn't answer your situation the way you may want...will you still love Him and follow Him?

Isaiah 55:8-9

8 For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways, says the Lord.

9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts.

There comes a time when we will have to make that choice...and the choice is yours!
